Next Steps: The Process Here’s what you can expect when you begin your journey with us. Step 1: The Intro Call A brief, discovery call to explore your goals and vision. Step 2: Site Visit We will schedule a pre-proposal consultation at the project site to walk the space, explore your vision, and discuss the project scope.. Step 3: Proposal & Onboarding Following the meeting, we will provide a formal agreement outlining the proposed scope and design direction. Once the retainer is received, we will schedule your project, and the process begins. Step 4: Design Concept Presentation We present the full creative vision — drawings, samples and renderings. Once selections are approved, we move forward with procurement. Step 5: Sourcing & Procurement We manage all purchasing, vendor coordination, and order tracking — seamlessly and transparently.
