Driven by a deep passion for art, architecture, and interiors, Dess began her career in the interior design industry in 2016. Since then, she has had the privilege of working alongside some of the Bay Area’s most well-respected and top interior designers in the industry.

 

Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Dess was immersed in creativity and business from an early age, learning the art, renovating, and reimagining homes. This foundation shaped her keen eye for design and her approach to creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional.  

 

Beyond interiors, Dess is a seasoned event designer with over 20 years of experience, known for bringing the same level of artistry and precision to celebrations and gatherings. Whether designing a home or curating an unforgettable event, her passion lies in bringing each client’s vision to life.

 

Recognizing the power of collaboration, she partnered with longtime friend Leslie Gil to co-found Curated Studio Designs. Together, they blend their talents and shared love for design to create spaces that feel timeless, elegant, and uniquely tailored to each client.

 

Great design isn’t about imposing a specific aesthetic—it’s about uncovering each client’s unique style and translating it into a space that truly reflects them. With a highly personalized approach, she ensures that every space tells a story entirely its own, creating environments that inspire, comfort, and elevate everyday life.
