Leslie Gill
Co-Founder & Designer, Curated Studio Design
Growing up in a home filled with artistic inspiration—her father an architect and her mother a painter—Leslie’s love for design was nurtured from an early age. A former professional ballet dancer, Leslie understands the power of expression and harmony, which she seamlessly translates into every space she creates.
Leslie has extensive experience staging homes, helping clients present their properties in the best possible light. Whether for real estate or personal design projects, her goal is to create spaces that are both inviting and stylish.
What began as friends and family admiring her home’s unique style quickly grew into a design business. Being exposed to all aspects of staging has been a fantastic way for her to stay educated on upcoming design trends as well as how homes are changing. Because of this, she is able to help clients find their vision and present them with ideas that highlight their home while reflecting their unique personalities.
With a focus on blending functionality with beauty, Leslie designs spaces that not only reflect her clients’ personalities but also enhance their everyday lives. Her goal is simple: to make your home a place where you feel your best.
Dess Craig
Co-Founder & Designer, Curated Studio Design
Driven by a deep passion for art, architecture, and interiors, Dess began her career in the interior design industry in 2016. Since then, she has had the privilege of working alongside some of the Bay Area’s most well-respected and top interior designers in the industry.
Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Dess was immersed in creativity and business from an early age, learning the art, renovating, and reimagining homes. This foundation shaped her keen eye for design and her approach to creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
Beyond interiors, Dess is a seasoned event designer with over 20 years of experience, known for bringing the same level of artistry and precision to celebrations and gatherings. Whether designing a home or curating an unforgettable event, her passion lies in bringing each client’s vision to life.
Recognizing the power of collaboration, she partnered with longtime friend Leslie Gil to co-found Curated Studio Designs. Together, they blend their talents and shared love for design to create spaces that feel timeless, elegant, and uniquely tailored to each client.
